Michael Sampson, CEO | Broker | Real Estate Strategist
Michael brings nearly 30 years of expertise spanning wealth management, real estate, and mortgage finance. He holds a BA in Business Economics from the University of Maryland and an MBA from the University of Phoenix, with a sharp focus on strategy and leadership. A former Financial Advisor with Series 7 and 66 licenses, Michael later became a California Real Estate Broker and Nationwide Mortgage Loan Officer, guiding clients through complex transactions with clarity and confidence. His cross-sector experience empowers him to deliver strategic growth and enduring value for investors and partners alike.
Sonya Sampson, COO | Realtor
Dynamic and accomplished Real Estate Professional with a wealth of experience in both facility management and residential real estate sectors. Armed with a California Real Estate License, BA degree, 2018 Facility Manager Certification, and a Local Government and Community Partnering for Success Certification from the Davenport Institute for Public Engagement & Civic Leader she is equipped to keep the company and it’s investors aligned and on course.

Dr. Musson is a public policy specialist with a focus on modern methods of construction as a catalyst for multifamily housing production and economic development. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)®, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and holds professional licenses as both a Real Estate Broker and General Contractor he make a wise choice as strategic partner.
